Rachele + Tim Cactus Creek Wedding

We absolutely loved spending the day with Rachele + Tim as they tied the knot at beautiful Cactus Creek. Their wedding day truly reflected Rachele + Tim's personalities, their love for music and each other. We loved the intricate details, even their candy & guitar picks were personalized! Throughout the day it was clear that Rachele + Tim's friends and family were talented musicians + artists as the entertainment for the evening was not a DJ or a single band, but their guests! Rachele + Tim blew everyone away as they preformed a song they wrote together for their wedding day, it was truly something to witness! 

Emma + Kyle Brentwood Country Club Wedding

We clearly remember meeting with Emma + Kyle and their sweet dog at Starbucks as they were in the early stage of their wedding planning, even before they decided on their venue! We love that we were able to walk on this journey with them! After months of planning, Emma + Kyle had a gorgeous wedding at Brentwood Country Club. 

Ricky + Connie A Skinner Chapel/Nashville Wedding Collection Studio Wedding →

This couple is quite near and dear to my heart, as it was my sisters wedding! I couldn't be more proud of her and absolutely love Ricky! The ceremony was an intimate affair at the beautiful Skinner Chapel in Nashville followed by an absolutely gorgeous reception in our own Nashville Wedding Collection studio! HUGE shout out to our planner Kayln with Weddings by Kayln who completely transformed the space! Also, a huge thanks to our amazing DJ, Party Patrol, for the uplighting! Last but certainly not least, thank you to Stacey Holt our very good friend who did Connies hair!! Everything turned out just perfect! 

LYDIA + ERIC A Wedding At Nelson Andrews Leadership Lodge

We photograph weddings nearly every weekend out of the year and see so many venues over and over again. Nelson Andrews Leadership Lodge really blew us away! We were so so so excited for Lydia and Eric's big day to arrive after having such an unbelievably awesome engagement session with them. Working with the amazing planning team of Weddings By Kayln made everything run like a well oiled machine. Super awesome couple! They had a picture perfect wedding (literally) and I am so excited to share this sneak peek. 

JUSTIN + HANNAH A CEDARWOOD WEDDING

These two lovebirds tied the knot at beautiful Cedarwood, a place for fairytale weddings! No detail was overlooked and the couples love for one another shined clear and bright in the images we captured. We had a blast being a part of their wedding day, their families were so much fun on the dance floor! I also have to give a big shout out to the staff at Cedarwood, they were top notch and a place we cant wait to shoot at again soon. Take a peek of Justin and Hannahs big day! 

Elba + Delvin - Belmont Mansion Elopement

After loving each other for 12 years, Elba + Delvin finally tied the knot at Belmont Mansion. Elba is one of those people you feel like you've known your entire life. She immediately explained to us that her 97 year old grandfather from Guatemala had flown to Nashville just to walk her down the aisle. The fact that her grandfather, their children and closest family and friends were there to witness their marriage was so special. We felt so privileged to be apart of their day! 

 

 

Caroline + Matt - The Barn at High Point Farms Wedding

We absolutely love having the opportunity to travel to new places and explore new venues. Caroline + Matt chose the perfect, family owned venue, The Barn at High Point Farms just outside of Chattanooga. The character and intricate detail of The Barn at High Point Farms clearly reflected Caroline + Matt's taste and style perfectly. Days leading up to their big day the forecast was calling for a high chance of thunderstorms, which was terrible news for their outside ceremony. The morning of Caroline + Matts wedding there was no rain in sight, they were able to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony. Just after the ceremony a thunderstorm rolled in, which made for some amazing photos!

Caroline + Matt, rain on your wedding day right after your ceremony is definitely good luck, especially when the storm allows us to capture awesome images! 

 

 

KRISTEN + CODY A Wedding at Cactus Creek!

Its no secret that we absolutely LOVE getting to shoot at Cactus Creek!  Kristen and Cody had both their engagement session and wedding at Cactus Creek so we felt super lucky to get to shoot out there twice! We could literally shoot there for days and still not run out of places to shoot. Kristen and Cody are SO much fun, so down to earth, they were so easy to photograph. SARA + JOHN A CATHEDRAL AND DOWNTOWN HILTON WEDDING

Everything about Sarah and Johns wedding was breathtaking! No detail was overlooked and that made our job super easy! The sun peeking through while challenging, made for stunning images! We could have spent an entire day with these two (and their adorable pup!) just taking portraits of the two of them around town. Their ceremony was at the cathedral and reception at the Hilton. We made a quick stop up on the bridge and Im so glad we did because the sun was in the perfect spot for those one of a kind pictures. 

RACHEL + HAYDEN A DelMonaco Winery Wedding

Michael and I were so honored to be a part of this wedding day. We have photographed so many weddings for this family that they feel like a part of our family now. Getting to see so many of them time and time again, such amazing people! Rachel and Hayden celebrated their big day at DelMonaco Winery, a venue we LOVE shooting at. We got so many amazing pictures, I had a hard time narrowing them down for this blog! The entire day was overcast (PERFECT for pictures!!) up until the ceremony when it started raining, and while most people would think that would ruin a wedding day...it ended up yielding beautiful pictures of two different ceremony setups (they moved the ceremony inside). Sarah + John - Nashville Wedding

We have been looking forward to Sarah and Johns wedding for almost a year and a half! It finally came and we were thrilled to kick off our wedding season with them! The Old School Farm is such a neat venue, they couldn't have picked a better place! John and Sarah are two of the sweetest people you can meet! Their family and friends rocked and everyone treated us like we were family and friends.

Pamela + Michael A Ruby Wedding

Talk about a super sweet and super FUN couple!! We LOVED working with Pamela and Michael! Everything was just beautiful, and the weather was perfect for taking beautiful pictures. Amber + Neil A Riverwood Mansion Elopement

We have had the pleasure of photographing weddings, engagements and bridals at Riverwood Mansion many many times over the years. This however, was our first elopement there and we absolutely loved it. Sue Davies-Rephan, not only officiated the ceremony but also made the floral arrangements and coordinated the event. Amazing to work with and not a single detail was overlooked. Amber and Neil were a blast to work with as well and we captured so many amazing photos in just two hours! 

Hannah + Justin A Cedarwood Engagement Session

Hannah and Justin will be married at Cedarwood this coming year so they decided to have their engagement session there this winter! Cedarwood offers so many awesome places to shoot, my favorite being the area around the water in the back of the property. Hannah and Justin love the outdoors, so getting in some great shots of them with the beautiful scenery was perfect. These two were SO much fun, we literally could have cut up with them for days! We absolutely cannot wait until the wedding day, its going to be epic! 


Margaret + Morgan A Factory of Franklin Engagement Session

These two were SO much fun!!!! We laughed and laughed and laughed some more. Michael and I hadn't shot at The Factory in quite a while, so it was nice being back there again. With so many awesome backdrops and textures to work with, its not hard to get a good picture in and around The Factory. Couple that with an amazing looking couple with the perfect personalities and that makes for a winning combo! This shoot was another favorite of the year for sure and we absolutely cannot wait to photograph Margaret and Morgans wedding this coming year.

We always try to find ways to be creative, a way to separate ourselves from other wedding photographers in the industry. You get this vision in your head, a different perspective and your left with a choice to either act on it or keep moving on.
